Our company is a provider of contract draughting and design services to designers / builders and own clients in both New Zealand and Japan, as well as other parts of the world. We are experiencing a growing workload and are looking for a capable and reliable team member to help us handle the work. Initially this will be a hands on role where you will be required to complete working drawing packages for our projects. We work in a BIM environment and therefore require someone who is capable of modelling to this standard and does not resort to 2D work because it is easy for them. To start we will provide you with a basic model set up on our own template and your role will be to take the model and produce the working drawings, in time will be looking to send you sketches from which you will model the building to our standards. Longer term as we continue to grow the business we will want you to take on a managerial type position and oversee a larger staff base, providing leadership and mentoring to our team in the Philippines. Ideal person description: Preferably you will have a degree in Architecture or similar qualification. You are an expert ArchiCAD user (V23) and preferably have your own full ArchiCAD license. You will have New Zealand building design related experience. You are confident with a wide range of other software including MS Teams, Twinmotion, Photoshop or similar. You are a reliable, trustworthy, motivated, self starter who can work from home initially. You have a good understanding of English, both oral and written.
